Principal Partner
Ebenezer O.C. Ogbuoji is a Legal Practitioner, Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, and a Notary Public of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He is also a Registered Foreign Lawyer with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA No. 7054361) in the United Kingdom, reflecting his expanding cross‑border legal footprint.
As the Principal Partner at OGBUOJI & ASSOCIATES / CHE’S LEGAL, Ebenezer leads a practice committed to delivering precise, ethical, and commercially sound legal solutions. His work spans litigation, corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, and strategic representation for clients in both the private and public sectors.
Ebenezer brings over a decade of multidisciplinary experience, including significant roles within the oil & gas industry. He previously served as a Company Representative and Consultant for Gazprom Oil and Gas Nigeria, where he facilitated government relations, stakeholder engagement, and strategic partnerships in support of the Niger Delta Gas Master Plan. His background also includes work in international securities and business development, strengthening his ability to advise on complex commercial matters.
He holds qualifications from the Nigeria Law School (Bwari), the University of Wales, Cardiff, and the University of Jos, where he served in leadership roles such as Class Governor and Class Representative. He is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association and maintains a strong commitment to professional integrity and continuous development.
Ebenezer has also contributed to public discourse through published articles on governance, elections, and personal development, reflecting his belief in civic responsibility and informed engagement.

Oghenekaro Afiemo is an experienced finance professional and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), with responsibility for overseeing the firm’s financial administration and accounting functions. He brings extensive expertise in financial reporting, accounts management, and regulatory compliance.
He has held a range of finance roles both in the United Kingdom and internationally. During his tenure at the Central Bank of Nigeria, he managed financial reporting and reconciliation processes across multiple entities, contributing to robust internal controls and consistent audit compliance.
At the firm, Oghenekaro plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of financial records, supporting reporting obligations, and strengthening internal financial systems to enhance overall operational efficiency.
He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Veritas University, Nigeria, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Bradford, United Kingdom.

Sonia Omosehin is a seasoned legal practitioner, called to the Nigerian Bar in 2017, with over eight years of progressive experience in legal practice. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), which complements her legal expertise with strong commercial awareness and strategic insight.
Her practice spans corporate law, sports law, commercial and property law, as well as health law and policy. Sonia has advised individuals, startups, and established organisations on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters, delivering practical, business-focused solutions tailored to her clients’ needs.
With a keen understanding of the intersection between law and business, she is particularly skilled in structuring transactions, navigating complex regulatory frameworks, and providing advisory support on corporate governance and compliance. Violet A. Dibiah, Esq is a highly accomplished legal practitioner with over a decade of experience in litigation, arbitration, mediation and corporate advisory services. She brings a wealth of cross-jurisdictional legal expertise, having been trained and qualified in both Nigeria and the United Kingdom, and is called to the Bar of England and Wales as well as Nigeria.
Violet’s practice spans a broad range of legal areas, including commercial disputes, copy right law, international trade, maritime law, banking and financial services, company law, intellectual property, real estate, and personal injury. She is widely recognized for her strength in dispute resolution, providing strategic, results-driven legal solutions to both local and international clients .

She has handled complex civil and criminal matters, including debt recovery, contract disputes, and regulatory compliance issues.
